First and foremost this recording would have never been possible if it wasn’t for Patrick. He provided me a ticket so all credit should go to him. Thanks again man!.
I’d been waiting for this show for a while. After being blown away by them at homebake having never heard them prior I had high hopes for this show. They delivered and then some.
Song selection was great except for Mauseum and The...

...And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead @ The...
I can honestly say that this is the best show that I have ever seen. Without a doubt. After being blown away the night prior I was expecting much the same for this night. It was an entirely different atmosphere. The band were more chatty the crowd was thinner. I was on the barrier the whole set. It was amazing.
Really good to see a few different songs this night too. Stand In Silence was great to...
Sydonia @ Ruby's Lounge (2009-05-29)
Wow. I am so impressed with Sydonia’s live show. It is phenominal the sound they can create with what they have and I am consisently blown away by them.
All credit for this should go to Sean, the drummer from Sydonia for putting me on the guestlist. Thanks again for that.
Anyway, I can’t wait to see these guys open for Mammal in a few weeks. Hopefully my microphone issues are fixed by then.

Pets With Pets @ The Corner Hotel (2009-05-30)
So, here it is.. the best ‘opener band that I’d not heard prior’ ever. Man they blew me away. Such fun music. The singer had lost his voice and it was amusing listening to him try and sing and speak between songs. Good stage presence even on the side stage at the corner and the ‘costumes’ were a nice touch. I will definately check these guys out again. They were tight and catchy and great :)...
Tim McMillan @ Hi-Fi Bar and Ballroom (2008-10-04)
I was one of the few people who knew that Tim McMillan would be making an appearance at the Full Scale DVD launch only because my friend Trent would be playing with them. He described the music as ‘Acoustic Viking Metal’ so I had no idea what to expect. With that, I was blown away by how much I enjoyed this short set. Tim’s guitar skills are superb. His little drum solo still makes me laugh. Loved...
My Disco @ The Corner Hotel (2009-05-31)
Now this was a My Disco set. I guess being closer makes all the difference because this set shat all over the previous nights.
Nothing seemed repetative and when it was finished it actually seemed a lot shorter than the 40 minutes they played for.
Man these guys are tight.
Setlist: 1. You Came To Me Like A Cancer Lain Dormant Until It Blossomed Like A Rose 2. Administer A Prosthetic Dream ...
My Disco @ The Corner Hotel (2009-05-30)
So, first up. I’m missing the first 2 songs to this recording (about 10 minutes) as I was at the shop buying a new bettery for my battery box to record Trail of Dead. Sorry guys… Anyway, I’ve seen My Disco a few times before and loved them. But this show I just couldn’t get into them, I’m not sure why. I mean, I dig the new album but it just wasn’t translating well for me for some reason. Still,...
...And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead @ The...
Holy crap! I had been waiting a LONG time to see Trail of Dead so expectations were very high. They exceeded every expectation I had. And I can honestly say they are the best band I have ever seen.
Every thing the band did on stage just wow’d me. The setlist was epic. 4 songs off Madonna to finish the night was win. I was really super glad they played Clair De Lune although I was wishing the...
